Mrs. Jennifer Gross, SURVICE Engineering's Human Resources Manager, is a 1993 graduate of Frostburg State University with a degree in psychology. In 1996, she attained her master's degree in clinical psychology from Loyola College in Maryland. She has been with SURVICE since 2006 as part of the company's Human Resources group.
Mrs. Gross's responsibilities include input and oversight related to company policies and procedures; benefit plan analysis, negotiations, and administration; 401(k) plan administration, including required tax filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing; workers' compensation and business insurance plans administration; HR-related investigations of sexual harassment and discrimination; affirmative action and equal employment opportunity administration; employee relation management; and management of employee retention initiatives.
Prior to joining SURVICE, Mrs. Gross was the Human Resources Director for LB&B Associates in Columbia, MD where she worked from 1996 to 2006. While there, her additional duties included research and defense of EEOC charges; labor management, including grievance processing and contract negotiations; and company-wide recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions.
