Biography

Mr. Jeff Foulk, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SURVICE Engineering, is a 1982 graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering. He furthered his education at the Von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics in Belgium and received an advanced aeronautics and aerospace diploma in 1983. Mr. Foulk has been with SURVICE since 1983.

As CEO, Mr. Foulk is responsible for the vision, management, and strategic development of the company. He handles all aspects of growth, culture and philosophy, expansion of capabilities and clients, and assurance of quality products and services to customers. Mr. Foulk—along with SURVICE's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dottie Bowser—was recognized as one of The Baltimore Business Journal's 2012 CEO/CFO Dream Teams.

Previously as President and Vice President of the company, Mr. Foulk was responsible for the overall business operations. Prior to his executive leadership, he provided management and technical support for numerous aircraft- and ground-system survivability/vulnerability assessments and test and evaluation programs. In addition, he served as program manager of the Survivability/Vulnerability Information Analysis Center (SURVIAC) Aberdeen Satellite Office.

Mr. Foulk is also actively involved with numerous philanthropic efforts, including The Boys and Girls Club of Harford County, Boys Scouts of America, Upper Chesapeake Health Programs, and The Wounded Warriors Program.
