The e-TTPG video team from our Washington area office recently visited Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, to film and interview cadre and students about the Interservice Non-lethal Individual Weapons Instructor Course (INIWIC).
The course teaches students that the nonlethal (NL) mindset includes more than just TASERs, batons, and pepper spray. INIWIC is an integral part of the DoD’s overall training program, providing superior NL weapons training to prepare and certify soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, and other DoD personnel to serve as trainers and unit advisors regarding the tactical use of individual NL weapons.
