In 2023, Harford County joined the Maryland Apprenticeship Program, which aims to place rising seniors into local businesses to gain valuable work experience in their chosen careers. This is a formalization of the pipeline SURVICE and Harford Technical High School (HTHS) have established with HTHS cybersecurity students interning at SURVICE their senior year. SURVICE employee Luke Mcgraw is one of 16 Harford County students to earn the apprenticeship certificate in its inaugural year.
