Joshua Oltarzewski, a member of SURVICE’s IT group in Belcamp, was recently chosen to be a student representative on the Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) Board. Joshua will represent the 38,000 students of HCPS for the 2018 – 2019 school year. In his new position, he will provide input on Board discussions from the student’s perspective, oftentimes explaining the implications that policies and procedures have on students.
