Mr. Fred Merchant, Deputy Manager of the Engineering and Analysis Group at SURVICE’s Aberdeen Area Operation, recently graduated with the 2013 class of the Harford Leadership Academy (HLA). The Academy, a Community Development Program co-sponsored by Harford Community College and the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, provides future leaders the opportunity to learn from today’s leaders in Harford County government, business, and public safety. This demanding, 14-session program is designed to promote the development of existing and emerging leaders in Harford County. SURVICE CEO Jeff Foulk was the company’s first employee to graduate from HLA in 2011. Jeff and Fred join more than 700 individuals who have completed the program during its 24 years of existence.
