In lieu of our normal fall manager’s offsite meeting held at North Bay Adventure Camp, SURVICE conducted a virtual manager’s meeting this week via Microsoft Teams. While it was nice to connect online to discuss issues key to the stability and growth of the company, it was even sweeter to cap off the meeting with an outdoor happy hour at Independent Brewing Company in Bel Air with members of our leadership team who hadn’t seen each other in person for months! All the outdoor space improvements at the microbrewery made for a safe and enjoyable evening, and nobody even blinked during the group photo!
