SURVICE’s Chris Cosgrove and Herb Miller volunteered this past weekend to design and build Halloween costumes for children in wheelchairs at the Harford County Wheelchair Costume Workshop & Inclusive Trick or Treat. They designed a Skye costume from Paw Patrol for Team Morgan.
Held at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, the event was a way for the children to create designs that volunteers could turn into costumes to wrap around a wheelchair without impeding its function. Harford County government, in partnership with the Aberdeen IronBirds and the Harford Center, sponsored the workshop.
