On September 21st, SURVICE received a 5-year contract from the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory Directed Energy Directorate (AFRL/RD). Through this contract, SURVICE will continue to support the AFRL/RD Laser Effects Branch at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB), NM, by developing software that will aid the Air Force’s efforts to assess the effectiveness of laser weapons. PMC Operation Manager Matt Perini stated, “This is an important award to help advance our laser effectiveness software, as well as provide opportunity to grow our presence in the Kirtland AFB area.”
