On November 3-5 , SURVICE employee Ray Hall attended the Industry Day Event by the AFCEA Fort Belvoir Chapter. The purpose of this event was to support the Fort Belvoir community by connecting the government with information technology industry professionals.
With the theme “Data – The Ammunition of Digital Modernization,” the conference included diverse speakers and presenters who provided in-depth overviews and discussions regarding the relevance of the data first paradigm to achieve the objectives within the DoD Digital Modernization Plan. Perspectives, ideas, and requirements were presented on how to align the DoD Data Strategies, DoD Multi-Domain Operations, and the Army’s recently released Army Digital Modernization Strategy to accomplish the DoD Digital Modernization Strategy. Using innovative and transformative artificial intelligence to transform the DoD to achieve overmatch was also discussed.
