SURVICE developed technology was recently showcased at the 2015 Navy Opportunity Forum. The event took place from June 1–3, 2015 in Crystal City, VA and previewed over 150 technologies funded in part by the Navy’s Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. During the forum, SURVICE showcased the Hawkeye™ handheld imaging device. Hawkeye™ uses 2D images to produce a virtual 3D reconstruction of the vehicle that measures deformities at accuracies within 2 millimeters. SURVICE is currently working with the Marine Corps to develop the system to for mine resistant vehicles, but the system can be applied to aircraft and surface ships to ascertain damage done.
